Mendocino Farms promotes eating seasonally and locally by sharing with guests how easy it is to incorporate local produce in their sandwiches, salads and soups and how to navigate farmers' markets to purchase that product from local farmers.

The Mendocino Farms approach is a little different than most of the other guys - they like to try to reconstruct "fine dining" entrees to the sandwich level as well as take classic regional sandwiches and give them a modern interpretation.

Mendocino Farms is all about the sandwich. They also have great prepared salads, sides and soups all inspired from local farmers' markets, but at the end of the day, they want to be the place where true sandwich aficionados enjoy their passion.
